Into the Woods: A Halloween Fundraiser

The PK Halloween Fundraiser is back. This year we celebrate the wonders of nature, or the sinister qualities of fairy tales, with Into the Woods. Join us, drag superstar Veranda L'Ni, and DJ Bob Ganem as we raise money and awareness for the LGBT Center of Greater Cleveland and Mr. Friendly. The LGBT Center of Greater Cleveland provides services and programming for people in Northeast Ohio; they also recently rescued Pride. Mr. Friendly is an organization that aims to eliminate the stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS through one conversation at a time. Last year, our Halloween fundraiser raised $1500 from small donations for the LGBT Center of Greater Cleveland and Mr. Friendly. This year, we are upping our game and our venue. We are again suggesting a $5 donation at the door and we will be selling raffle tickets for generously donated packages from the local business community. All monies raised from the door and from the raffle will go directly to the charities. We will also be having drink specials and the grill is open and free.
