Not that bad
I was driving through Cleveland alone and looking for overnight accomodation and fun. I found both at Flex. Not that bad guys. The bad reviews are just unfair. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was impressed by the size of the facility, which is apparently not used to it's full potential by the patrons. This is an ideal setup for big events! Hey, Cleveland, wake up! You should advertise worldwide that you have such a gem. Like Chicago, consider crowded bear or ethnic events. I enjoyed swimming naked, there are two pools and a hottub. The gym is really impressive. The hotel room was OK, I slept well (don't ask if alone). Yes, it's not the cleanest place, but I have seen worse in NYC and Chicago. It looked deserted, but it was a weeknight. Or, is it too pricy? Dear management, consider some discounts for special events, or special people. It's a shame such a great place is underused.
Very Disappointed
My boyfriend & I went over the Labor Day weekend to have some fun. We booked a "hotel" room. The carpeting looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a year and there was an inch of dust on everything. The place was near empty (Sunday night on a holiday weekend - go figure). The music was BLASTING all night long...I guess they think everyone is deaf. Don't want to sound catty, but the crowd was composed of old men, a few muscleboys who just wanted to put on a show and some tweeked-out twinks. I would never go back again. I wish I had read the other comments before going. As usual, no one screws over the gays like their own!
Sorry excuse for a gay baths. Save your cash.
Was at Flex in Cleveland a few years ago, went back in June this year. Not the same. The guys at the desk are just plain rude, the place is filthy and nobody goes there. Don't they have a health dept. in Cleveland? Save your money guys. You are being taken by other gay people.
needs a scrub down
plenty of bleach and please clean the showers and carpet. get real guys. who wants to fuck in a huge toilet bowl. its 2011 not 1972. we deserve better. no wonder flex is as dead as a doornail on a friday nite
boring with one fuck
i fucked a musle twink in his room. that was fun but the only fun that nite. lot of old men and chubbies. no hot bears. this was on a friday nite so go figure.
